By downloading or using the GSManager, you agree to the following terms of use:<br />
          1. You may use the software free of charge if you are not a commercial institution nor receive income respectively competitive advantages through the use of GSManager.<br />
          2. You may customize the software to your own needs, as long as you do not pass customized versions to third parties and do not circumvent technical measures for license checks or the creation of usage statistics.<br />
          3. You may not use the software free of charge and require a license if you are a commercial institution or host the GSManager for third parties.<br /><br />

          The GSManager sends anonymous usage statistics to us and may perform license checks. If you do not agree with this, you may not download or use the GSManager.
