Warn by rules , anti-advertising system !!

Hey everybody, first i wanna thank Manu for such a brilliant program , i don't think he know how much people he helped

I was wondering if anyone here can make a warn by rules system (if you don't know what im talking about read down) :

first of all every player should have 3 warning before get banned or kicked
so when i type !warn .... the number of the warn should be shown the the player i have warned and the rules should be programed previously...

here an example of what im talking about :
i wanna warn a player that his name is "Blacky"

so i type :
!warn blacky rule1

rule 1 should be previously programed in cfg file ,,, lets say its (No player abuse)

the msg that will appear to "Blacky"

WARNING(1): You have violated rule number 1 (No player abuse)

and if i warn him again :
!warn blacky rule3 (No cheat accusation)

this msg should appear to him :
WARNING(2): You have violated rule number 3 (No cheat accusation)

and by WARNING (3) the player should be kicked

i hope everyone now got what i mean

ya i forgot and about the anti-advertising system
i just wondering if a plugin could be made to warn player that advertise .. (the same one of anti-Bad Language one)

when a player say :
Join my clan on https://www.gsmanager.de/www.clan-name.com

the system should warn him !!

ya i tried to edit the bad-word file put it wont warn you if you say www or anything , i dont know why

i already edit the mod for some features i think it would be good if they add it in the next version ...

like when someone type !rules it will show him the rules as a PM msg
and i edit the language file to program the warn system like when i type
!warn Blacky 1(or 2 *rule*),
it will tell him : as a PM msg
(WARNING) : You have violated rule number 1

and i add in the banner msg's that every player got 3 warning before he get kicked and if you dont know what rule number 1(or 2..etc) type !rules to know them

but if they can put a generated system for warning it would be nice,
like it should tell him what is the number of the warning (WARNING 1), (WARNING 2), ...etc

and add some good commands like
!warninfo = show how much the player have been warned and how much warning can he have before get kicked
!ip i = it will show the player his ip
!ask = it will ask the admin to do something (like kicking one for cheat)
!punish = it will punish the player by making him lag every 5 sec

and some fun msg's when a player fall or get a knife kill or get head-shot .... some plug-in are included in this forum but i kinda edit them !!

i was wonder ( lol i wonder too much ) if they can make these stuff without editing the mod .. i mean always the EDIT is not good enough ....

i tried to edit the file bad-word but it wont take the new words --- like it keep working but it will not warn you if you say any of the word i added :spammer:
