Bad Lanugage Filter and Weapon Restriction not working.

I tried out the mod on my clan server today, but it doesn't give any warnings for language or using the weapons that I restricted, and I made sure I enabled both filters. Any one have any ideas?

Update, I'm protected because I'm an admin, so I tried it with non protected players and it actually does warn, but it does it personally not publicly, so everything does work out. Thnx for reply
