ich hab 2 Probleme:
1) Das steht in meiner CoD Server-Config:

set logfile 1
set sv_log_damage 1
und trotzdem bekomm ich das hier:

Exit cause of a critical error
wenn ich direkt in der game-server-console die variablen eingebe funktioniert es aber 
2) mein 2. Problem ist, dass der manumod wenn er dann mal läuft, nur selber so Sachen ansagen wie die nächste map ist u. ä. , aber wenn man z.B !vote oder !pizza eingibt kommt nichts -.-...
