can anyone tell me, how can I upgrade may ManuAdminMod 0.12.2 to newer version? I'd like to use plugin "register" because it dont works on my server COD4.

EErrmm, you have 0.12.2? Well, there is no version 0.12.2
To update the MOD, download the new version, copy all files to your old MAM directory and overwrite all old files with the new ones expect for the directory "config".
After that you may have to update your config.cfg if you want to use new features the new version brings with it.
