i run the GSM and it gets to a certain point and gets a fatal error

i am having a hard time getting GSM to connect to the logfile. i am running it on a local windows machine, trying to get it to connect via FTP at gameservers.com. i understand that this is a bit more complicated to sort, but a little help is appreciated.

the world at war games_mp.log. i need to run GSM locally (i don't have permissions on gameserver.com to run executable files), so it needs to sync up via FTP.

i get this sort of thing when i run the gsm.bat file:
