Hello, its currently not possible to forbid the use of LS with MAM, This feature may be added in upcoming release v0.12. Mean while you can use Mod-Warfare to restrict the usage of the weapons/perks you would like to.

It is not possible to forbid Last Stand, because it's not being logged and 0.12 won't change any of that.
