ManuAdminMod Running Very Slow

Hello,
I have a problem with mam, actually when I run any commands it executes very late i mean if i type

!kick falcon camper
------------------------
then it will do so after 5-6 seconds and some time even more! I saw the mod on other servers and it works really fast there! I searched the solution on wiki page of mam and found the question but there is no answer to it lol? here have a look:

ooh i see, i have it set to 0 i think, should i set it to 1 or 2?
