[IW4mp] Anti-teamkill for airdrop plugin

Hello, is there a plugin or is it able to do that kind of plugin, which can kick/tempban player who kill selfteam player to get him airdrop?
For example, when somebody teamkillin and get airdrop last x seconds (adjusting), x times (adjusting), he will be kicked/tempbanned/banned (adjusting) whis reason "you got teamkill for airdrop"(adjusting).
It possible ?

I mean Killstreaks like "Care Package" and "Emergency Airdrop"
in games mp.log it look like "Weapon;guid;id;Nickname;scavenger_bag_mp" player have it, but i don't know how it look when hi give it.
