Hi everyone,
can someone write a plugin which can warn a player for spamming in chat console?
For example, when somebody binds any key on the keyboard and push it to many times. It would be fine that after 3 or 4 times spam in the console, player will get a warn about spamming, something like that: "Warn 1: Stop spamming.", and after several times, he will be kicked/tempbanned/banned.
I don't know anything about PHP and it's too hard to do for me 
If someone could do that - I'll be greatfull
