Weaponrestriction cod waw

Hello

So, Since none of the link in the other threads works
I can't solve the weapon restriction problem in cod waw. with 11.4

I saw that i should use 11.3 weaponrestriction.php. But i can't find it anymore.

Can somebody help me with the weaponrestriction?
