admins.cfg not executed?

We are the owners of an MW2 server.

ManuAdmin mod (newest) is running perfectly (banners, nexmap etc.) but the admin functions are not working...

I generated an admins.cfg (1 master and few more admins) file here, and I uploaded to manuadmin/config folder.

Admin commands like !online, readconfig, kick don't working... Admins.cfg not been executed? This cfg file looks like this:

[00000myguid00000]

group = "master"

names = "myname"

protected = 1

What is the problem, and how can I solve it?

the mod has been restarted many times...
The mod says, that I have no permissions to use this mentioned admin commands...
!admintest
Then the mod says that I'm a normal player...

Time and other common commands are working, but for ex. the setnextmap, kick, setgroup etc don't!
