Can someone give me some deathrun scripts?

Hello everyone,
Could some give me these scripts:
teleto, rtd, telehere, spawn all, jet pack, aliases, fps and anymore you can think of! Also if some are not built in like bounce can you give me the codes and where to put them! Could you explain what to do with the codes in detail because I can't code well!
