Need guidance on starting Mod

I have the mod loaded on the server but I do not understand how to start it. Will someone please help me?

Yes I have a Linux server but I do not know what I am suppose to do next. I edited the start script file. I have loaded the folder onto the game server. I just do not understand what I am suppose to do next to start it. What program I am to use, etc.?
