i put PHP 5.3.28 in my c drive, but i can't see PHP.exe??? When i start MAM it's says PHP is not a valid command. can someone help me please?

I tried 2 different PHP versions[5.3] and [5.6] but no php.exe?Ijust extracted the PHP folder in my c drive, is it the way?Thanks for ur reply belstgut
