but the strange is :
i have original key and i am master in my server but when they came to the server the welcome message said welcome <name> admin
he is admin not master like me so if he have the same key as me he should be master

This happens to me also
When I am playing in my server someone joins the game as masteradmin, even though they don't know they are master because I don't see them using any commands or saying anything about it.

but right after that it repeats, but the time it repeats it doesn't give the country

For some I made really minor changes
I think If one of you would take my teamviewer ID it would be helpful and easier for all of us
And also isn't it supposed to be

This is what I used to do with 11.4 version and it worked perfect
I didn't try to run it with server
I just run it alone
I thought if it is going to work it is going to say to check the ip and port because server not open
No I did not change anything I shouldn't have
I just changed a few settings in my config
And made some banners
And after that did whatever I was told to
I did not mess with any php
