Reinstallation is solution. Mod run but i've another problem. Try to find solution in forum.

I'll format my server and re-upload all file and re-install one by one component.
Time to get cod4 with FTP and retry Manuadminmod !

Architecture from my server.
IP is the same in cfg file and server adresse.

I'm lost.
Any body to find solution plz ?
