I just have a suggestion. Why don't do the same as b3? Like make a post on how to make a plugin and let people make it for you and if you accept their plugins they will be transferred to the plugins section you have. That's much easier and you will be amazed how many are good enough to run the whole ManuAdminMod development! I want to say it now because as I see Dennis is developing the website.

I have heard you guys telling to those people in gameservers.com that you can't setup manuadminmod for cod4. All of it is lies 
I as a developer just opened manuadminmod and started working for like 5 min and it worked on my gameserver with promod from my computer. But why you guys tell them that you need a root and shell server then? xD
I can code but is there any way to code in funmessages.php to have the <NAME> tag on but how? that's the question and i think you know the answer

But now we got another problem.. It says Command executed after the command
It seems your answer is not valid as when I add it in custom commands all the fun messages list appear but when i add it in the funmessages section it says the <ARG:FIND_PLAYER:NAME>. So i'm confused now

So we are CyGaming Clan and we have a problem with manuadminmod. As you can see we wont our Fun Messages to tell about a friend of ours and not about us. Example: me: !cookie smoke, console: [CG] Mensias gave [CG]Smoke a cookie!
But the server just does <PLAYER_NAME> in the config and can't find out how the other server does it please help us guys we will appreciate it
