Well done i fixed it
But u guys asking about php version that does not have php.exe
So i used xamp php version

When i type token use its keep saying
nRs` |SkillzZz!: !token use kFDg*H2
PM: An unknown error occured.

Well i installed this version PHP 5.6 (5.6.14)

But it keeps saying
'"php"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Should i edit something in GSM.cfg ?

Note : i already edited the php.ini in C:/php as it written in the webpage
