thanks for the request. In general you could use the CoD4 GSM for older CoDs too. That's because all older CoDs are using the same rcon protocol.
The main problem with CoD1 (and also cracked cod2) is, that you can't exactly identify an admin by it's guid.It could work, if we use an other identifier for players (ip or pid for example) but this would fuck up the whole GSM because we use the GUID for every player related action.
Can you send us the output of the "status" command on a cod1 server with some players and also a part of the games_mp.log? Then we can take a look and see if we maybe find a solution

I was wondering if you guys could maybe develop a custom GSManager for COD1.1 since there is a lack of admin systems in the game. COD1.1 does not support GUIDS unless you install a custom addon that only works on Linux. In my case I have windows. I already have 3 servers on COD4 running GSM and I would like to get the system I like on COD1.1

I'm not sure if you can but, is it possible to ignore a player with the word "bot" in their name?

Go to your GSManager folder and open the config folder. Then open groups.json in Notepad++ or any other text editor. Scroll down to the default group.
And remove "daemon.info" from the list. Save the file. Restart GSManager

Don't tell me I haven't configured GSM correctly, because I'm the using the same GSM files as for my other server and they're all running from the same MySQL database and the other GSM's are running fine without any problems.
